Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal accounting controls.
• ERP and MS Dynamics 365 experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare POC, WIP, project-cost schedules and related analysis.
• Analyze margins, ETC variances, and research significant variances.
• Support manufacturing cost accounting and inventory activity.
• Prepare complex balance-sheet reconciliations and month-end entries.
• Research and resolve GL discrepancies and posting errors.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and reconciliation procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to the team.
