Job summary

Lockwood is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support medical communications initiatives. The role requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, client interfacing, and maintaining on‑budget, on‑time delivery.

A bachelor’s degree and 1–2+ years in a marketing/communications setting are expected. The position is hybrid, based at our Stamford, CT headquarters, with in-office work 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related required.
• 1–2+ years of experience in a marketing/communications agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and management of project activities and schedules.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage client communications.
• Assist in budgeting and proposal development as needed.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and written proposals as requested.
