PRISM Vision Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to support the M&A Integrations team, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and advance physician-led initiatives across the organization. This role is key in planning and executing physician workstreams, from leadership meetings to retreats. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with physicians and stakeholders, and brings structure to initiatives.

PRISM Vision Group is a vertically integrated network with 95+ eye care offices, 175+ providers, and 1,400+ employees, covering optometry to retina surgery.

Company Mission:

To support practices in providing comprehensive eye care and create an exceptional environment for doctors and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate strategic initiatives and leadership activities led by the CMO, including physician councils and meetings.
  • Plan and manage logistics for meetings, including agendas and follow-up.
  • Draft correspondence, summaries, and briefing materials for physicians and executives.
  • Develop agendas, content, and minutes for weekly executive meetings.

Retreat & Event Planning:

  • Lead planning of physician retreats and summits.
  • Coordinate logistics with vendors and venues.
  • Maintain event timelines and budgets.

Project Management & Communications:

Track projects, ensure clarity and accountability, and liaise with departments to support physician initiatives. Develop programs to enhance physician community and share best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare administration, communications, or project management preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, or executive support.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with high-level executives and physicians.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools like Monday.com and Teams.
  • Professional, discreet, collaborative attitude.
  • Remote position with travel for retreats and events.
