Responsibilities include schedule development, earned value management, cost controls, and preparing cash flow reports across multiple projects. 3 years of direct project controls experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of direct project controls experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required or substituted with experience.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10-hour safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls with PM team to meet budget and schedule goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain scheduling and cost reports.
• Create WBS and progress curves; manage cash flows and forecasts.
• Review change orders and interface with accounting for costs.
• Maintain earned value management system and progress validation.
