What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs
2. Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor for guidance and strategic recommendations
3. Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules aligned with project goals
4. Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis
5. Monitor schedule deviations and variances, assisting in corrective action development

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 10 or more years of experience as a planner/scheduler on capital projects
• Direct experience working in a complex, matrixed environment
• Expertise in using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience within the construction industry, with additional life sciences experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lead a team and mentor less experienced team members
