Jacobs in the United States seeks a Senior Quantity and Progress Tracking Project Controls Professional to support site-based assignments, initially in Spartanburg, SC or Baton Rouge, LA, with future on-site work nationwide. You will lead progress tracking, quantity validation, and reporting across multi-discipline projects.

The role requires 10+ years in project controls or related fields, with strong data analysis, earned value management, and field validation experience.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in project controls or related field.
• Experience tracking installed quantities and progress on large projects.
• Knowledge of earned value management principles and progress measures.
• Ability to analyze planned vs actual progress and variances.
• Experience supporting weekly/monthly project reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the project quantity database.
• Track quantity growth, scope changes, and trends.
• Establish progress measurement procedures and criteria.
• Define measurable progress quantities and percent complete.
• Collect and validate installed quantities to measure progress.
• Review contractor progress against field conditions and quantities.
• Support field walkdowns to validate progress and installed work.
• Calculate earned quantities and percent complete for reports.
• Monitor planned vs actual quantities and productivity trends.
• Track quantities against invoices and support progress payments.
• Maintain reporting tools and Power BI dashboards.
