Jacobs is seeking a Senior Quantity and Progress Tracking Project Controls Professional for a site-based assignment. You will manage quantity databases, measure progress, and validate contractor reporting. The role requires deep experience with EVM, scheduling, and cross-disciplinary coordination on large industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project controls or related fields.
• Experience tracking installed quantities on large projects.
• Understanding of earned value management (EVM) principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project quantity database.
• Track quantity growth, scope changes, and quantity trends.
• Establish and maintain progress measurement procedures and weighting.
• Define measurable progress quantities and percent-complete criteria.
• Collect, validate, and track installed quantities to measure progress.
• Review contractor progress against field conditions and quantities.
• Support field walkdowns to validate progress and installed work.
• Calculate earned quantities, earnings, and percent complete for reports.
• Monitor planned vs. actual quantities and productivity trends.
• Track quantities against invoices and validate progress payments.
• Maintain progress reporting tools, Power BI dashboards, and systems.
