Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking an ambitious Senior Project Controls Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with expertise supporting project controls, cost, and schedule on large construction projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement processes and procedures.
• Oversee cost/change control, including change order review, negotiation, delay analysis, and managing contingency draw.
• Handle budget management, invoice processing, and owner cost tracking.
• Coordinate weekly progress reports, produce monthly management reports, and review cost tracking reports.
• Develop and maintain RFP/SOW/change order templates, support contract negotiations, and manage procurement activities.
• Track proposal reviews, negotiations, and contract execution; manage supplier delivery plans.
• Ensure compliance with financial and project documentation standards, including close-out procedures and risk management.
• Monitor schedule progress, ensure QA/QC, and adhere to SOX controls where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, report writing, and industry applications like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
