U.S. Engineering Construction in Oklahoma is seeking a Manager of Project Controls to lead CPM scheduling across multiple projects. You will oversee schedules, cost loading, progress reporting, and analytics to support engineering, development and construction teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CM/CS/CE or ME and 10+ years CPM scheduling experience in mechanical contracting; proficiency with P6, Asta Powerproject, Smartsheets, PowerBI, and MS Project. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in CM/CS/CE or ME or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years CPM scheduling and project controls in mechanical contracting.
• Broad HVAC/plumbing knowledge across project types.
• Experience with cost and labor budgeting management.
• Proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, Smartsheets, PowerBI and MS Project.
• Strong MS Office skills and complex spreadsheets.
• Commitment to ongoing credentials.

• Oversee creation and implementation of project control processes across regions.
• Collaborate with PMs, field supervision, contractors, and clients to ensure schedule quality.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; perform CPM analysis and cost loading.
