Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Controls Manager to plan and execute project controls on medium to large projects. The role provides technical and administrative direction to a team, coordinating at all levels to ensure control and execution success.

You will develop baselines for cost, schedule and commercial performance, monitor variances, and collaborate with Project Management to implement mitigation strategies. Travel can be up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years electrical contracting or MEP coordination experience.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to lead a project controls team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan for the project execution.
• Plan and organize the setup of project baselines in the controls system.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baselines.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation and coaching to the team.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule and communicate mitigation plans.
• Oversee Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity.
