U.S. Engineering Construction seeks a Manager of Project Controls to lead CPM scheduling across multiple regional projects. You will develop and maintain schedules, perform cost-loading, monitor progress, and generate reports for engineering, development, and construction teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 10+ years in mechanical contracting scheduling. Proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, Smartsheets, PowerBI, and Microsoft Project is required;

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of mechanical contracting scheduling and project controls experience.
• Experience with HVAC/plumbing systems and multi-project CPM scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee creation and implementation of project control processes across regional divisions.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain project schedules; monitor progress and budget alignment.
• Prepare analytical reports for engineering, project development, and construction needs.
• Interface with estimating and accounting; mentor project engineers and managers in scheduling.
