Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, cost codes, and cost breakdown structures.
• Lead monthly cost-to-complete updates, variance analyses, and forecasts.
• Validate schedules and ensure correct logic and resource allocations.
• Embed EVM methodologies and produce executive dashboards.
• Standardize cost reporting templates and forecasting tools.
