Qualifications

• 10+ years of project controls experience, including design and construction phases.
• Proven ability to lead others in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience in the construction industry required, life sciences experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish the cost management program and deliverables for capital programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project cost reports.
• Perform accrual and forecast reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate earned value analysis and audits.
