Job summary

JGM seeks an experienced Industrial Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler/EVM) to lead Primavera Oracle Cloud scheduling across national projects. This on-site role in Downingtown, PA or Birmingham, AL involves travel up to 50% and integration of cost, schedule, and scope with field teams.

You will develop baselines, perform progress updates, support EVM, and build Power BI dashboards for executive reporting while mentoring project managers and superintendents.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or construction planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Oracle Cloud; experience with EVM and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and administration of Primavera Oracle Cloud Scheduling across the organization.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze baseline and update schedules in Primavera Oracle Cloud.
• Perform schedule development, progressing, and variance analysis across multiple projects.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM), cost tracking, and performance measurement.
• Analyze productivity trends and labor data to forecast more accurately.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reporting tools.
• Collaborate with field teams, utilities, and stakeholders to optimize sequencing and execution.
