Job summary

This onsite role requires a strategic mindset and deep expertise in project controls systems, budgeting, performance reporting, and risk management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Preferred: K-12 or Higher Education project controls experience.
• Experience leading project controls on large multi-project programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function on large/complex projects.
• Develop commercial strategies and participate in negotiations.
• Oversee project schedules with resource loading and critical path analysis.
• Assist budgeting and management of incentive programs.
• Establish client relationships and monitor progress reports.
• Review data from project management systems and ensure accuracy.
