Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Project controls experience in the construction of commercial / industrial projects.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Project Management and corporate management teams during project meetings.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed on the project.
• Identify and communicate design changes and schedule slippages.
• Manage change management process and communicate corrective actions.
• Ensure project controls team respects safety and quality standards.
