Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
• Strong leadership in cost, schedule, progress measurement and change management
• Experience with estimate development, budgeting, forecasting and stewardship review
• Ability to develop project controls plans and change management processes
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting project cost and schedule data
• Review baselines, forecasts, progress, and change proposals from contractors
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
• Ability to multitask and respond to urgent requests
• Adaptability to changing priorities
• Knowledge of project management frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control and schedule control efforts for projects
• Support project teams with cost and schedule analysis, forecasting and budgeting
• Develop and review start-up schedules and identify vulnerabilities
• Create project controls plans and management of change plans
• Coordinate collection and reporting of cost and schedule information
• Review baselines, forecasts, and change proposals from contractors
• Mentor and influence project teams and stakeholders
• Utilize Excel and PowerPoint for analyses and presentations
• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain timeliness
