Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Project Controls Advisor ( Engineer ) III in Texas to support the stand-up of a synthetic graphite facility. You will manage cost control, schedule development, progress measurement, forecasting, and change management across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5–15 years in project controls within owner and EPC environments, with strong reporting, analytical, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• 5–15 years in project controls with focus on cost and schedule control.
• Experience in owner and EPC project environments.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control, schedule development, progress measurement, forecasting and change management across projects.
• Provide stewardship reviews and schedule analysis to identify vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and deliver project controls reports to project teams and management.
