Qualifikationen

• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in project controls, cost accounting, or project financial management within the utility, energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, tracking, and reporting), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 for scheduling and schedule change analysis.
• Proven expertise in managing change orders, conducting scope gap analyses, and performing bid scope gap ratings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interface and negotiate directly with executive leadership and external teams.
• Ability to meet the hybrid work structure in the San Antonio area.
