Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support construction projects across locations in the United States. You will develop and maintain time‑phased schedule and cost baselines, collect and analyze monthly data, identify variances, and assist in root cause analysis.

You will ensure risk reserves are integrated into forecasts and communicated to stakeholders. The successful candidate will have extensive Earned Value Management experience, Primavera P6 and EcoSys

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with project controls, scheduling, and cost baselines.
• Demonstrated ability to perform variance analyses and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time‑phased schedule and cost baselines.
• Analyze monthly schedule and cost data; identify variances.
