Responsibilities

• Develops time‑phased project cost and resource forecasts and validates project costs.
• Maintains integrated critical path schedules for major projects.
• Generates earned value reports and communicates findings to project managers.
• Provides guidance and training to junior staff and may supervise junior engineers.
