Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs; updates requirements as required.
• Monitors progress of project deliverables and actual expenditures versus forecasts.
• Performs Earned Value Management and prepares client/internal status reports.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
