Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead our controls team on medium to large projects in Louisiana. You will develop and implement the project controls plan, establish baselines, and ensure cost and schedule integrity throughout project execution.

You will collaborate across disciplines to drive accuracy, mentor specialists, and optimize control systems while adapting to project needs and schedules. This role requires travel and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Mon–Fri; off-hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the PEP.
• Plan and organize setup of project baseline in project controls system.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baselines.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance and communicate reasons for variances and mitigation plans.
• Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
