Job summary

BEOWULF ELECTRICITY & DATA LLC in West Palm Beach seeks a Project Controls Lead to govern finances, schedules, and risk for large-scale data center builds. You will establish baselines and coordinate with project teams to monitor performance across budgets and timelines.

You will partner with Project Directors and Managers to forecast cash flows, manage changes, and deliver executive dashboards to support decision-making and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a quantitative discipline.
• 10+ years of project controls or cost engineering on large capital projects ($200M+).
• 2+ years in mission-critical, data center sectors; GC or contractor experience preferred.
• Advanced Primavera P6, Excel, and BI tools experience (Power BI/Tableau).
• Solid data center architecture knowledge and MEP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Baseline, Cost, & Schedule Control: Establish/manage WBS/CBS; lead budget, cash flow, and accruals; monitor IMS and critical paths.
• Cash Flow, Long-Lead Equipment & OFCI Tracking: manage milestones, delivery schedules, and vendor payments.
• Change Management & Variance Analysis: audit change logs; assess cost/schedule impacts; drive recovery actions.
• Risk Mitigation & Commissioning Alignment: perform risk analyses; align cash flows with IST/commissioning phases.
• Executive Governance & Reporting: build real-time dashboards (Power BI/Excel) and update monthly status reports.
