Premier Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a Principal Project Controls Specialist – Cost to support a portfolio of energy storage and solar construction projects in Charlotte, NC. This senior role manages cost reporting, forecasting, risk analysis, and controls across large capital initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive project controls experience, advanced cost management expertise, and the ability to analyze complex data while guiding leadership, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

9+ years in project controls with multi-project exposure.
Advanced cost management, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Experience with multi-million-dollar or high-risk capital projects.
Expert Excel skills and PMO/controls environment experience.

Responsibilities

Review cost estimates, develop forecasts, and report cost performance.
Perform variance analysis, risk quantification, and EOC forecasting.
Lead project controls work across multiple sites with minimal supervision.
Provide guidance to analysts and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
