The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with extensive PM experience or equivalent, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience, master’s with 3 years experience or high school diploma with 9+ years experience.
• U.S. Citizenship; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience in project management and planning.
• Ability to balance and prioritize numerous deadlines.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively; proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and problem solving with project managers and stakeholders.
• Tracks and reports operational aspects of projects; liaison between management and planning efforts.
• Notifies personnel when timelines issue; coordinates milestones within projected timelines.
