Job summary

Quaise Energy is seeking a Project Controls Lead to own the financial backbone of geothermal development projects, partnering with Finance and Supply Chain to build scalable controls and compliance systems.

The role supports multiple stakeholders and helps Quaise transition from technology development to commercial deployment, with hybrid or remote options and work locations across major U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5–7+ years in project accounting/controls in energy or construction.
• Experience in energy development or ownership companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project-level accounting including budget development and cost tracking.
• Forecast cash flow and communicate variances to stakeholders.
• Coordinate EPC and procurement contract terms related to project finances.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Lead evaluation/implementation of project controls platforms and drive process improvements.
