Job summary

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Project Management Specialist (Project Analysis, Senior Analyst) to support large Navy and DoD programs at NAWCAD WOLF in St. Inigoes, Maryland. The successful candidate will develop and maintain schedules, monitor resources, and analyze performance to keep projects on time and within budget.

This on-site role requires five days on site with potential for a compressed work schedule. Travel up to 10% may be required to support reviews and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project planning, scheduling or program support.
• At least one year leading project tasks or teams.
• Experience with large Navy or DoD programs.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and tracking milestones.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and IMS.
• Monitor progress against milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify risks, delays, and impacts to execution.
• Track resources, staffing, procurement, and budget expenditures.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
