Senior Project Controls Analyst – Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Controls Analyst to join our rapidly growing data center team for a prestigious technology client. This role offers an opportunity to play a key part in shaping our technological future as part of a team of innovative professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing and analyzing costs and schedules in large, multi-project construction programs. You will work closely with global construction teams and internal departments such as Data Center Analytics, Procurement, and Finance to support project cost management and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide preconstruction support, including historical cost data and assistance in developing contractor purchase orders.
• Manage project budgets and schedules within management software, including monthly financial reporting for multiple projects.
• Oversee external project budgets, change management, and document control processes.
• Develop forecasts, analyze variances, and prepare executive reports.
• Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare quarterly accrual reports and communicate with vendors and finance teams.
• Facilitate change order processes and obtain executive approvals.
• Monitor project financial health using dashboards and reports.
• Manage risk registers and evaluate contingencies.
• Coordinate with site schedulers to align financial forecasts with project schedules.
• Support program initiatives, training, and process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent in construction management or engineering.
• Experience in construction and project planning for large multi-project programs.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with cost control tools like eBuilder or Procore.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Compensation:

The salary range for this full-time role is $120K-$155K per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects base salary only and may vary.
