Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager of Project Controlling in North America to serve as a strategic financial partner for major capital projects. The role leads planning, forecasting, cost control, and financial governance across project lifecycles.

You will collaborate with Plant Controlling, Accounting, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment with business cases and investment objectives, while supporting governance and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Project Controlling, or Capital Project Finance.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent certification preferred and highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for major capital projects, including construction of new facilities.
• Monitor performance against budgets and business cases; identify risks and actions.
• Prepare financial forecasts including CapEx, cash flow, commitments, and returns.
• Provide variance analysis and recommendations to project leadership.
• Develop financial reporting packages and executive summaries for sponsors and senior management.
