Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Project and Construction Estimator (Manager, Facilities) to support Enterprise Real Estate Services Construction Project Delivery in Tucson, AZ.

You will provide ROM and detailed estimates using RSMeans data, work with cross-functional teams to ensure budgets, and assist with site evaluations and large infrastructure projects. Onsite role; relocation/commuting required from nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Eng, Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction estimation or project management.
• Experience with cost estimation, take-offs, and construction cost assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide ROM and detailed estimates for infrastructure and building projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate budget funds.
• Conduct facilities site evaluations and advise on project cost impacts.
