Ware Malcomb is seeking a Job Captain to support the delivery of innovative design projects and lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams. You will provide construction administration support and ensure high-quality contract documents across design phases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Revit skills.
• Knowledge of Newforma.
• Knowledge of building codes.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams across all design phases.
• Provide Revit support for the preparation of project documents.
• Utilize the company's resource groups for design.
• Prepare design and construction documents.
• Assist the Project Manager or Architect with construction services.
• Perform project code searches and analysis for each project.
• Assist in preparing project schedules and budget reviews.
• Provide submittal assistance for jurisdiction agencies.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members.
