Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, have 7+ years in SCM, experience purchasing complex electrical equipment for energy projects, strong communication and negotiation skills, RFx development, contract management, and Oracle ERP experience

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SCM.
• Experience purchasing complex electrical equipment for large energy projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with RFx development and contract management.
• ERP PO creation experience (Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Source projects for complex electrical equipment and services for capital expansions.
• Plan early market commitments to ensure capacity and dates.
• Collaborate with SCM partners and project team on materials strategies.
• Lead sourcing development, RFX, bid evaluation, clarifications, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Plan, report, forecast and communicate SCM activities.
• Contribute to risk mitigation for the project.
• Coordinate with Governance, Quality, Legal and Expediting to meet deliverables and governance requirements.
