You will lead supplier relationships, drive cost reductions, and ensure delivery and schedule alignment while coordinating with project teams. The role requires a proven track record in high‑value, complex procurement and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience leading complex negotiations on high-value purchases.
• Experience coordinating drop-ship or direct-to-site deliveries.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for project buyouts, including sourcing and execution.
• Prepare RFQs and negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms.
• Issue and manage project purchase orders with compliance and specs alignment.
• Coordinate drop-ship and direct-to-site deliveries to support schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate risks impacting projects.
• Provide status updates across organization on buyout progress.
