Job summary

Vocon is seeking a Project Technical/Project Architect to act as Technical Lead on interior architecture projects in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. You will own the technical execution, coordinate with design and management leaders, and ensure the production of construction documents aligns with design intent.

This role requires strong REVIT/BIM proficiency, extensive experience in interior design/architecture, and the ability to communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• Eight plus years of experience in commercial interior architecture.
• Experience coordinating with design and management leaders on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own technical execution of small to medium interior architecture projects.
• Partner with design and management leaders to execute the project from inception to completion.
• Contribute to all phases: documentation, coordination, and construction administration.
• Address design solutions, code analyses, and jurisdictional compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage communications among the project team.
• Prepare field reports and ensure construction documents align with design intent.
• Support client expectations and manage project team assignments.
