Senior Interior Architect | Seattle (On-Site)

Building Talent is working with a nationally recognized architecture, interiors, and planning firm seeking a Senior Interior Architect for its Seattle office.

This senior leadership role guides both design and technical teams from concept through construction. You'll coordinate consultants and client goals, oversee documentation and permitting, and lead construction administration so the design intent is carried through. Much of the work involves complex renovation projects, with a strong focus on workplace interiors.

Candidates should have:

• 15+ years of professional architectural and planning experience
• A track record leading medium- to large-scale projects through all phases, including construction administration
• Technical depth on complex renovation projects
• Interior architecture experience, ideally workplace
• Experience permitting projects with local building authorities and strong knowledge of local codes
• Advanced Revit skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and architectural licensure (LEED AP a plus)

Salary range: $115,000 – $160,000, depending on experience.

This is an on-site position based in Seattle. Candidates must currently live in the Seattle area and be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not available.
