Job summary

Alumni Ventures is seeking a talented Project Designer/Architect in Austin, Texas, to manage the execution of residential architectural projects. You will oversee the design and construction process for multiple projects and lead a team in delivering exceptional outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in architectural firms, a BArch or MArch degree, and expertise in Revit and residential design. This position offers a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an architectural office; licensed professionals preferred.
• 1+ years in a project architect or job captain role running day-to-day architectural projects.
• 2+ years in the residential architecture sector; multi-family experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day processes of two to three residential projects concurrently.
• Manage staffing and schedules.
• Conduct building code analysis.
• Set up projects with models, drawings, sheets, etc.
• Model, design, and execute drawings for all major project milestones.
