dSPACE is seeking a Senior Project Architect to grow our Los Angeles studio with 8-12 years of professional experience in contemporary residential design. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• What We’re Looking For: A talented and energetic individual with experience in contemporary residential design.
• Experience: 8-12 years of relevant professional experience and management across all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration. Strong knowledge of high-end residential design in Southern CA required.
• Hybrid Work Environment: Candidates must reside in the Los Angeles area and be available for regular site visits and in-person meetings.
• Design Talent: Confidence to take the design initiative, propose groundbreaking solutions, and deliver creative, industry-leading work.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit required. Fluency in 3D software and Adobe Suite required. Please detail your experience with these tools.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Exceptional troubleshooting skills and an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, zoning, and jurisdictional processes is required.
