Job summary

Genesis AEC, Inc. in Philadelphia seeks a Senior Project Architect to lead technical design and documentation for complex life sciences projects, from concept through construction administration.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, and help win new opportunities while delivering high-quality design. Requirements include a degree in architecture, licensure preferred, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in a Project Architect role, life sciences preferred.
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited program; licensure strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and graphic communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical content for complex projects from design through construction administration.
• Coordinate with staff architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design excellence.
• Manage manpower, budgets, schedules, and deliverables on assigned projects.
• Mentor and develop architectural staff; build client and industry relationships.
