Qualifications

• Must be a registered architect/technical designer with experience on complex projects.
• Knowledge of the entire design process from schematic design to construction administration.
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Newforma and related software.
• Strong collaboration with design and management leaders; able to mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own technical execution of complex medium to large projects.
• Coordinate inputs from inception to completion with design and management leaders.
• Direct and mentor project teams, ensuring coordination with consultants and disciplines.
• Ensure construction documents align with design intent and manage schedules/budgets.
• Perform code analyses and interface with jurisdictions; manage client expectations.
• Support on-site observations, RFI/submittal processes, and project coordination.
