Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a professional degree in architecture, licensure, and at least 7 years of experience, with strong skills in Revit, BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture is required or equivalent.
• Active architect licensure is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, and SketchUp.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff.
• Ability to lead through influence in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project design team to develop design solutions and programs.
• Collaborate with owners and internal/external teams to advance design and construction documents.
• Mentor technical and design staff to ensure quality and adherence to codes.
• Ensure feasibility, constructability and life safety code compliance.
• Develop and manage design development materials and BIM models.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage RFIs during construction.
