Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years within the architecture profession, preferably with experience in Hospitality.
• Licensed Architect in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Proven project management experience, including managing budgets, staffing, and project plans.
• A desire to mentor and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the leader on projects and pilot project teams throughout all phases.
• Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budget, and staffing considerations.
• Manage project expectations regarding budgets, staffing, and schedules with support from senior staff.
• Direct the design on architectural, planning, and prospective project proposals.
