A leading architecture firm in San Francisco seeks a Senior Project Architect for their Healthcare Practice. The role involves leading large-scale healthcare projects with a focus on client interaction and team collaboration. Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of experience, OSHPD 1 experience, and proficiency in Revit. This position offers a competitive base pay between $130,000 and $145,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the architectural field with successful experience in large-scale healthcare projects.
• OSHPD 1 experience is mandatory for this role.
• Demonstrated experience working on healthcare projects in California.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify objectives and develop creative solutions.
• Interpret design concepts and translate them into workable construction systems.
• Prepare documentation and deliverables from schematic design through construction administration.

Skills

Fluency in Revit

Excellent communication skills

Education

B. Arch or M.Arch degree

Architectural Licensure

LEED or other sustainability accreditation preferred
