The ideal candidate has a professional architecture degree, at least five years of experience, and is licensed in NM, AZ, or TX.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture.
• Licensed Architect in NM, AZ, or TX.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the architectural scope of work and fee for projects.
• Develop project plans including scheduling, resources, and budget.
• Collaborate with team across design and construction phases.
• Prepare technical equipment specifications for construction documents.
• Coordinate communications between the project team and engineering/design members.
• Support business development and proposals.
