Job summary

Mancini is seeking a Project Architect to translate bold ideas into constructible solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll lead design delivery, coordinate technical documentation, and mentor junior staff, while navigating codes and coordinating with consultants.

You’ll contribute to project schedules, marketing efforts, and proposals, representing the firm externally across multiple offices, including Phoenix.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, preferably in commercial interiors.
• Proficient in Revit and able to lead development of drawing sets.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple phases.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coordinating design and technical documentation.
• Interpreting codes and zoning regulations to inform design strategy.
• Leading construction document production and consultant coordination.
• Managing construction administration, RFIs, and submittals.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure design integrity through execution.
• Supporting project schedules, quality control, and delivery standards.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a strong studio culture.
• Participating in marketing and proposal efforts, representing the firm externally.
