Qualifications

• Licensed Architect, California preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience.
• Revit fluency required with Rhino/Grasshopper experience.
• Advance design and technical solutions through all phases.
• Responsible for regional agency reviews and building code analysis.
• Strong quality control and technical review skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and present design and technical options for principals, teammates, consultants, clients, and agency stakeholders.
• Lead or support Revit-based documentation, consultant coordination, technical detailing, and interdisciplinary model coordination.
• Apply knowledge of building systems, Type I construction, codes, accessibility, zoning, and agency standards.
• Support code analysis, agency review processes, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Participate in meetings with owner, client, consultant, and agency representatives with professionalism and clarity.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, consultants, and staff to advance project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day leadership to junior staff.
• Support quality control, technical review, and drawing coordination.
