ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an architect with exceptional design, communication, organizational and management skills and with 12-15 years postgraduate experience. Applicants should have experience in putting together a complete set of construction documents, coordinating with consultant teams and managing a small team. BIM/Revit experience is a plus. We value team members with strong verbal and graphic communication skills, the enthusiasm and ideas to contribute to design dialogue, and the determination to continually interrogate and improve on design. Our collaborative environment relies on individuals who work well with a team.

For the position, MBB offers a salary range of $100,000.00 - $125,000 and will be commensurate with experience. MBB also offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401K retirement plan, flexible spending account, and professional membership fees.
