Job summary

HOK is seeking a Sr Project Administrator to join our Kansas City studio. This role will work closely with the Project Manager, Project Architect, and project team to support successful delivery of projects from design through construction.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, budgets, documentation, consultant communication, project tracking, and construction administration. Applicants should have 5–10 years in architecture/construction and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction supporting project delivery.
• Experience with architectural projects and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and progress of architectural projects through design and construction phases.
• Monitor schedules, deliverables, budgets, and project progress.
• Coordinate day-to-day requirements with internal teams, consultants, clients and partners.
• Track issues, actions, decisions and deliverables to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with project financial/administrative tracking and reporting.
• Prepare, execute, and track consultant agreements and project documentation.
• Maintain organized project files and document management systems.
