TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to manage financial lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring accurate financials, timely revenue recognition, and proper billing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project accounting in an engineering consulting environment or comparable project-based professional services.
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition, WIP, contract billing, project cost tracking, and project closeout process.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• ERP or project accounting system experience, Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial lifecycle of engineering consulting projects and maintain accurate project financials.
• Ensure timely revenue recognition and billing, monitor WIP, and support project financial performance from setup through closeout.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to keep projects on budget and schedule.
