Job summary

Interactive Resources LLC. in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Sr. Project Accountant to support field operations on large-scale ground-up builds and renovations across Georgia.

This role partners with project management, subcontractors and owners to oversee project accounting and forecasting. You will lead monthly forecast reviews, maintain ETC projections, monitor AR/AP and cash flow, and ensure contract compliance with SOVs, change orders and liens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of project accounting in building construction or related field.
• Experience with GC, subcontractor or trades partner in construction.
• Ability to manage contracts, SOVs, change orders and compliance.
• Strong forecasting, ETC projections and cash flow management.
• Experience closing projects and coordinating audits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project accounting and forecasting for large ground-up and renovation projects.
• Lead monthly forecast reviews and maintain accurate ETC projections for labor and expenses.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and project cash flow across sites.
• Manage contracts, amendments, insurance, bonds, SOVs and change orders.
• Support project closeout with reconciliations and required documentation.
